Day to day Accounts operation and reporting, Cash and Bank Management.

Recording, maintaining and managing day to day financial transaction of the company.

Data entry on software and total management of software.

Dealing with cash and cash equivalents.

Disbursement of Payment, Ensuring records and reconciliation.

Filing of vouchers & other payment related documents.

Preparation of vouchers for making payment.

Take responsibility for properly keeping records such as accounts receivable, accounts payable, cash management, general ledger management.

Checking all sorts of bills, vouchers, invoices, and day-to-day cash and bank accounts.

Handling salary & all kinds of employee payments by maintaining confidentiality.

Manage Petty cash and review and obtain approval for payments and expenses.

Conducting reconciliation of bank transaction.

Any other job as may be assigned to him from time to time by the higher authority.
