Maintain day-to-day accounting operations accurately and efficiently.

Prepare and maintain cash, bank, journal, sales, and purchase vouchers.

Record and verify invoices, bills, payments, and receipts in a timely manner.

Perform daily bank deposits and prepare bank reconciliation statements.

Maintain and monitor Accounts Receivable

Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.

Support VAT, Tax, and other statutory compliance activities.

Maintain accurate inventory and fixed asset records in coordination with relevant departments.

Ensure timely and accurate data entry in ERP/Accounting software.

Assist in month-end closing, internal audits, and external audit activities.

Maintain commercial related paper filing and documentation of sales records.

Day to day MR as per requisition.

Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.

Perform any other accounts and finance-related duties assigned by the management
