Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure all staff are present and on time. Verify uniform compliance with building standards.
• Ensure that all common areas (lobby, corridors, stairs, rooftop, parking areas) are cleaned and well-maintained.
• Verify the proper functioning of key building systems (lifts, generators, pumps, lighting). Report any malfunctions for immediate attention.
• Address and prioritize tenant complaints or maintenance requests. Assign tasks to appropriate staff for resolution.
• Ensure that all unresolved issues from previous days are being addressed and provide updates to tenants.
• Document any incidents, complaints, or issues that arise throughout the day. Maintain clear records for follow-up.
• Conduct safety checks in high-risk areas (fire exits, electrical rooms, storage areas) and ensure that all safety protocols are followed.
• Perform a general check of the building's condition, ensuring all systems are functional and common areas are in good shape.
• Coordinate and organize emergency drills (e.g., fire evacuation, earthquake preparedness) for staff and residents to ensure preparedness.
