· Design and Conduct training programs for the employees and clients.

· Assist in developing training modules, content based PPTs (power point presentation) and RBT (result based training report.)

· Develop technical proposals, concept notes, and training solutions for capacity-building and consultancy projects.

· Conduct market research to identify emerging training needs, industry trends, and new business opportunities.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, government agencies, development partners, industry associations, and other key stakeholders.

· Conduct regular client visits to understand training needs, strengthen client relationships, and identify opportunities for future collaboration.

· Lead and support the implementation of donor-funded capacity development projects and technical assistance programs.

· Design, facilitate, and lead training programs, workshops, seminars, webinars, and conferences for diverse stakeholders.

· Coordinate with internal teams, subject matter experts, and external consultants to ensure high-quality training delivery.

· Manage the Learning Management System (LMS), including course development, participant records, learning resources, and performance tracking.

· Promote innovative learning approaches, including blended learning, virtual training, competency-based learning, and simulation-based training.

· Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance learning outcomes, client satisfaction, and departmental performance.

· Supervise the planning, coordination, and successful implementation of training programs, workshops, seminars, conferences, study visits, and other capacity-building activities.
