Product Strategy & Vision:

• Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Shanta Easy Trade and Shanta Easy X, aligned with the company's digital business objectives.

• Drive digital trading growth by identifying business opportunities, increasing adoption, and defining product priorities based on customer and market insights.

Product Ownership & Delivery:

• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch while managing the roadmap and ensuring timely execution.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and balance business priorities, customer expectations, technical feasibility, and regulatory requirements.

Growth & Customer Experience:

• Lead growth initiatives and engagement campaigns to improve acquisition, activation, retention, and overall customer experience.

• Utilize customer feedback and analytics to continuously enhance product usability and performance.

Analytics & Performance:

• Monitor key business and product KPIs and drive data-driven decisions using analytics and market insights.

Stakeholder & Team Leadership:

• Act as the product owner by coordinating stakeholders, leading the Digital Client Service Management team, and fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
