Go Well Global Sourcing is looking for a proactive and organized Executive, E-commerce to join our team. The primary goal of this role is to take complete ownership of our end-to-end order management, dispatch, and billing operations. Job Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor daily orders originating from the company website.
• Process orders accurately and ensure timely dispatch to customers.
• Maintain and track order dispatch logs and efficiently handle order returns/reverse logistics.
• Communicate and coordinate with courier services/delivery partners to solve any last-mile delivery issues.
• Execute accurate bill entry and maintain proper financial records for all successfully delivered orders.
• Oversee the entire lifecycle of orders, dispatch, and billing to ensure smooth daily operations.
