About the Role

SkyHub Aviation Academy is seeking a dynamic and communication-driven professional for the role of Executive – Student Engagement & Coordination. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about student interaction, content creation, and marketing support, with the ability to guide and influence prospective learners effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage student onboarding after counseling and ensure a smooth enrollment process
• Proactively communicate with students via phone and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp)
• Respond to student inquiries, provide accurate information, and guide them toward suitable training programs
• Conduct one-on-one engagement to support students in decision-making
• Generate innovative marketing ideas to attract and retain students
• Develop and support engagement content in Bangla & English
• Actively participate in social media engagement and promotional campaigns
• Create compelling captions and content for Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube
• Write creative scripts and captions for promotional videos, advertisements, and student testimonials
• Conduct research on industry trends and student behavior to enhance content strategy
• Maintain organized records, reports, and student databases using Microsoft Office tools
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination and communication
