Prepare and submit monthly VAT returns (e.g., Mushak 9.1) and price declarations (e.g., Mushak 4.3) through the government portal.

Maintain mandatory VAT registers such as Mushak 6.1, 6.2, 6.3, 6.6, and 6.10.

Maintain VAT and tax records statutory VAT registers, purchase/sales ledgers, and standard challans and supporting documentation. (e.g., Mushak 6.1, 6.2, 6.3)

Reconcile Input VAT and Output VAT records and manage VAT rebate claims on raw materials and packaging.

Lead VAT audit activities and handle queries from local VAT commissioners and tax inspectors.

Keep VAT and tax ledgers updated accurately using accounting Software.

Ensure all withheld taxes and VAT are deposited into the government exchequer on time.

Calculate and deduct Advance Income Tax (AIT), Tax Deducted at Source (TDS), and VAT Deducted at Source (VDS) on vendor and service provider payments.

Prepare management reports related to VAT and taxation and recommend process improvements.
