Inventory Management:

• Oversee the storage and handling of finished fabric, ensuring proper stock levels are maintained.
• Conduct regular stock checks and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Manage stock movements from the production floor to the warehouse, ensuring that finished fabrics are tagged, logged, and placed in the correct locations.

Warehouse Operations:

• Supervise the receipt and dispatch of finished fabric products.
• Coordinate and manage the picking, packing, and dispatch of goods as per production schedules.
• Ensure that all warehouse processes comply with safety standards and best practices.

Quality Control:

• Inspect finished fabrics for quality, ensuring that only goods meeting quality standards are stored and dispatched.
• Address and resolve any discrepancies or quality issues, coordinating with the production team for reprocessing if needed.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain accurate records of stock levels, receipts, dispatches, and other relevant inventory data.
• Prepare reports on inventory levels, storage conditions, and other warehouse activities for management review.

Team Coordination and Supervision:

• Supervise warehouse staff, ensuring they follow proper procedures for storing and handling goods.
• Provide training to new warehouse employees on warehouse management processes and safety standards.

Space Optimization:

• Ensure that the warehouse is organized and that space is used efficiently, minimizing clutter and reducing the chances of damaged goods.
• Plan and implement strategies to optimize warehouse space for finished fabric storage.

Health and Safety Compliance:

• Ensure all warehouse activities follow health, safety, and environmental guidelines.
• Regularly inspect the warehouse for safety hazards and implement corrective actions when necessary.
