• Timely execution of packaging updates and compliance requirements;

• Drive secondary sales through the targeted planning and field execution of high-visibility retail branding materials;

• Ensure timely and smooth coordination during new product launches;

• Collect and share actionable market feedback with management.

Essential job responsibilities:

• 1. Product & SKU Management

  • Identify brand’s main audience and determining how to best communicate with it;

  • Collect and analyze data to understand market trends, competitor activities and behavior of customers;

  • Coordinate communication for all assigned product lines;

  • Maintain updated product information, claims, and usage instructions;

  • Support pricing, pack size, and variant communication;

• 2. Packaging Management

  • Coordinate packaging design updates with concerned person/creative team;

  • Ensure accuracy of content, regulatory compliance, and approvals;

  • Manage timelines for packaging artwork and printing;

• 3. POSM Planning & Execution

  • Plan POSM requirements (banners, danglers, leaflets, wobblers/POP);

  • Coordinate production and distribution with vendors and sales team;

  • Monitor POSM usage effectiveness in market;

• 4. Product Launch Support

  • Assist in launch planning, materials preparation and communication;

  • Coordinate with sales team for launch readiness;

  • Ensure timely availability of launch materials;

• 5. Market Feedback & Reporting

  • Collect feedback from sales team and distributors;

  • Identify product issues, competitor activities and customer insights;

  • Share structured feedback with Marketing Manager for decision-making.
