Record all day-to-day transactions in Oracle software.

Ensuring all kinds of month end provisional entries.

Ensure timely entry of sales, collections, receipts, payments, expenses, and all other accounting journals.

Check and verify bills, Mushak challan and other related supporting documents before processing.

Maintaining inventory record and prepare month end inventory report.

Maintain proper documentation and filing of all financial records.

Prepare monthly Bank, Sales and supplier’s reconciliation statements.

Maintain petty cash book and payment of expenses based on proper documentation and approvals.

Maintain proper documentation of all bills and vouchers.

Ensure compliance with financial rules, company policies, and statutory requirements.

Prepare & Submit VAT & Tax return to the authority.

Deduct TDS & VDS at the time of payments and maintain proper documentation.

Perform any other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by Department Head.
