Project Coordination: Lead the coordination and delivery of field-level interventions under the Resilience and Climate Justice programme, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.

Operational Leadership: Provide operational leadership to field teams and partner Civil Society Organizations (CSOs), ensuring effective planning, budgeting, and execution of project activities.

Gender-Transformative Implementation: Ensure high-quality implementation of gender-transformative climate adaptation and disaster risk reduction (DRR) initiatives, focusing on empowering women, youth, and CSOs.

Monitoring and Reporting: Oversee the monitoring, reporting, and learning processes to ensure compliance with ActionAid Bangladesh policies and donor requirements.

Safeguarding and Compliance: Ensure adherence to safeguarding, accountability, transparency, and zero tolerance for corruption policies.

Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with stakeholders to foster collaboration and support for project initiatives, enhancing community resilience and climate justice.

Capacity Building: Facilitate capacity-building initiatives for field teams and partner CSOs to enhance their ability to implement project activities effectively.
