Project Coordination: Assist the Project Coordinator-Field in planning, implementing, and monitoring community-based activities that enhance civil society participation in gender-responsive climate adaptation and disaster risk reduction.

Community Mobilization: Organize and facilitate regular meetings of women’s and youth groups to foster engagement in democratic processes and advocate for inclusive climate and disaster risk reduction actions.

CSO Support: Strengthen grassroots civil society organizations (CSOs) by providing guidance and resources to enhance their capacity to engage effectively in local governance and resilience-building activities.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Encourage collaboration among stakeholders to expand civic space and ensure accountable, participatory, and locally informed program delivery.

Advocacy and Engagement: Support women and youth in advocating for gender-responsive climate resilience and disaster risk reduction measures at the community level.

Monitoring and Evaluation: Assist in the development and implementation of monitoring and evaluation frameworks to assess the impact of community-based initiatives.

Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on project activities, outcomes, and lessons learned to inform future program development.

Capacity Building: Conduct training sessions and workshops to build the capacity of community members and CSOs in climate resilience and disaster risk reduction strategies.

Resource Management: Manage project resources effectively to ensure the successful implementation of community-based activities.

Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with project stakeholders, including community members, CSOs, and local government officials.
