Job Description
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes
- Coordinate interviews and candidate communications
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Assist with onboarding and employee orientation
- Support attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and performance management
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
- Handle employee relations matters and workplace concerns
- Assist in supervising, guiding, and mentoring HR Interns
- Coordinate HR internship activities, assignments, and performance evaluations
- Organize employee engagement and HR initiatives
Job Requirements
- Having Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resource Management degree is a plus.
- Preferred Industry Type are Recruitment / Staffing.
- At least 2 years of experience is needed.
