Brief description of key responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

• Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the SAHIC`s objectives and enhance organizational effectiveness.
• Collaborate with leadership team to establish policies and procedures that promote a positive work environment.

HR & Admin TEAM management:

• Responsible for the performance of HR & Admin team.
• Develop team members.
• Oversee recruitment, selection, onboarding, and training of staff.
• Manage employee performance evaluation processes and succession planning.
• Accountable for compensation policy & execution.

Employee Relations & Compliance:

• Foster a culture of open communication and address employee grievances in a timely manner.
• Facilitate all internal investigation & disciplinary process.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, maintaining best practices for staff engagement.
• Co-responsible for the validation of poor patient waiver of medical, OPD & medicine cost along with Director.

Administrative Oversight & HR Admin Budget:

• Manage hospital facilities, equipment, and supplies efficiently to support operational needs.
• Develop & Maintain HR & Admin Department budget.
• Ensure the quality of all admin/general service & organization resources are on place.
• Supervise compliance & regulatory affairs.
• Implement and maintain effective operational policies and workflows to enhance service delivery.
• Coordination of different Government organization for different types of Licensing for smooth functioning of SAHIC.
• Facilitate the purchase of different medicines, MSR with cooperation of HR & Administration Staff by Govt. donation and SAHIC’s Fund.

• Compliance as per regulatory requirements.

• 100% of Implementation of HR policy & process.
• No of new HR policy & process developed.
• Score in Employee Satisfaction and Engagement survey & continuous improvement.
