Manage the company`s transport operations, including fleet planning, scheduling, and vehicle allocation.

Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of all company vehicles, including trucks, pickups, buses, cars, forklifts, and motorcycles.

Ensure maximum fleet availability through effective maintenance planning and monitoring.

Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.

Monitor vehicle performance, fuel consumption, mileage, repair costs, and maintenance expenses.

Ensure compliance with BRTA regulations, vehicle fitness certificates, route permits, insurance, and tax token renewals.

Manage transport vendors, garages, spare parts suppliers, and service providers.

Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance history, fuel usage, and operational costs.

Lead and supervise transport officers, drivers, mechanics, technicians, and support staff.

Investigate accidents, coordinate insurance claims, and implement corrective actions.

Ensure road safety standards, driver discipline, and compliance with company policies.

Optimize transportation costs while maintaining service quality.

Prepare monthly MIS reports, maintenance budgets, and fleet performance reports.

Coordinate with Supply Chain, Distribution, Factory, Sales, and Administration teams to ensure smooth transportation support.

Ensure workplace safety, environmental compliance, and implementation of 5S practices within transport and workshop operations.
