Supervise and coordinate the daily operation of the company's transport fleet.

Prepare and monitor vehicle movement schedules to ensure timely transportation services.

Assign duties and routes to drivers and monitor their performance.

Maintain vehicle logbooks, fuel consumption records, mileage reports and trip sheets.

Ensure regular maintenance, servicing, fitness, tax token, insurance and route permits of all company vehicles.

Monitor vehicle repair and maintenance costs and recommend cost-saving initiatives.

Ensure compliance with traffic laws, company policies and health & safety regulations.

Investigate vehicle accidents, damages or breakdowns and prepare necessary reports.

Coordinate with different departments regarding transportation requirements.

Monitor GPS tracking systems and ensure proper utilization of company vehicles.

Verify fuel bills, repair invoices and other transport-related documents.

Maintain discipline among drivers and transport support staff.

Perform any other duties assigned by management.
