Infinitas Engineering is seeking a high-performing Marketing Executive (Business Development) to drive strategic growth, expand our client portfolio, and strengthen our market position across Bangladesh. As an ISO 9001:2015 Certified Class-A EPC company, we deliver innovative engineering, construction, structural rehabilitation/Retrofitting, and consultancy solutions to government, corporate, and private sector clients.

The ideal candidate will identify and pursue high-value business opportunities, cultivate strategic partnerships, generate qualified leads, and convert prospects into long-term clients through exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive business growth by identifying new project opportunities across Government, Semi-Government, Corporate, Industrial, and Private sectors.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, architects, developers, contractors, and key decision-makers.
• Promote the company's EPC, engineering consultancy, construction, structural rehabilitation, and infrastructure solutions through strategic client engagement.
• Generate qualified leads, conduct client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and convert opportunities into successful projects.
• Monitor Government and Private tenders, identify high-value opportunities, and coordinate proposal submissions with internal teams.
• Prepare and execute effective business development and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify emerging business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, prepare performance reports, and ensure timely project follow-up.
• Represent the company professionally at client meetings, industry events, exhibitions, and networking programs.
• Consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business development targets while strengthening the company's market presence and brand reputation.
