Responsibilities:

• Plan, implement, and supervise agriculture and gardening-related interventions under the Nurturing of Youth in Camp (NYC) project.

• Promote climate-smart agriculture practices among youth to enhance food security and environmental resilience.

• Facilitate centre-based gardening and market linkage activities to support agribusiness skills development.

Key Duties:

• Provide technical leadership in agricultural training activities, ensuring alignment with WFP resilience objectives.

• Support youth in practical learning sessions, overseeing demonstration plots and gardens.

• Coordinate with project colleagues and stakeholders to ensure quality implementation and documentation.

• Prepare comprehensive reports on project progress and outcomes.

Collaboration and Coordination:

• Work closely with project teams to integrate agricultural initiatives with broader project goals.

• Engage with local communities and stakeholders to foster support and participation in project activities.
