Job Description
Handle all customs bond-related documentation including utilization, renewals, and audits.
Prepare and process export documents (LC, UD, EXP, GSP, COO, Bill of Entry, etc.).
Maintain communication with customs, BGMEA/BKMEA, and bond offices for license-related matters.
Liaise with C&F agents, freight forwarders, and shipping lines for smooth shipment operations.
Ensure compliance with bonded warehouse rules and maintain bond registers and consumption reports.
Coordinate with Accounts and Production departments for export and raw material tracking.
Assist in preparing management and audit reports related to export documentation.
Job Requirements
- Preferred Industry Type are Accounting / Auditing.
- At least 5 years of experience is needed.
