Maintain an accurate agent account balance and ensure proper physical record keeping of all transactions.

Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies to mitigate risks.

Coordinate with external partners and stakeholders to streamline processes and achieve operational excellence.

Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of the operations team.

To arrange for the reconciliation of Correspondent Bank accounts and resolve all related issues immediately.

To ensure smooth processing of transactions in the corresponding banks.

Prepare cash collection schedule & monitor the collection of funds as per the target.

Monitor the aging of agency balance.

To attend customers, agents and correspondent bank complaints and try to resolve the issues immediately or take necessary steps to resolve them at the earliest possible time.

To create and maintain good relations with customers, agents and the correspondent banks.
