Receive customer orders and coordinate with the logistics team for timely delivery.

Resolve customer complaints and provide prompt after-sales support.

Conduct product demonstrations, farmer meetings, and promotional activities.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and submit them to the Area Sales Manager.
