Job Description
- Manage procurement of food, beverages, packaging materials, and operational supplies.
- Source, evaluate, negotiate, and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment.
- Coordinate deliveries and maintain accurate purchasing records.
- Track stock movement and minimize inventory loss and wastage.
- Analyze supplier pricing and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Ensure the quality and timely availability of all purchased materials.
- Collaborate with the operations and kitchen teams to support daily business requirements.
