KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain, verify, and accurately manage the daily income and expenditure accounts of the institution.
• Prepare, balance, and systematically update the cash book, bank book, ledger, and vouchers.
• Oversee and smoothly execute staff salaries, disbursements, VAT, Tax, and other corporate financial operations.
• Maintain comprehensive and organized accounting records regarding trainee admissions, course fees, and registrations.
• Prepare structured monthly and annual financial statements/reports and present them to upper management.
• Perform other accounting and administrative duties as delegated by the management authority.
