Total Cable BD is a Dhaka-based outsourced call center supporting a New York-headquartered IPTV platform streaming 200+ Bengali and international live TV channels to the global Bangladeshi diaspora. We are expanding our team and hiring 10 agents across two functional teams.

TEAM 1 — OUTBOUND SALES AGENTS

Responsible for proactively reaching out to potential customers, presenting subscription packages, and converting leads into active subscribers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective Bangladeshi-American customers
• Present and sell subscription plans effectively
• Meet monthly acquisition targets

TEAM 2 — INBOUND CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENTS

Responsible for handling incoming calls, resolving customer queries, managing account issues, and ensuring subscriber satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer queries and complaints
• Resolve account issues and manage renewals
• Ensure customer satisfaction and retention
