Job Context:

We are looking for a competent, proactive, and experienced Sr. Officer – Commercial for our 100% export-oriented Knit Composite Factory. The incumbent will be responsible for handling import & export documentation, customs & bond-related activities, banking, LC operations, and ensuring smooth commercial execution in compliance with Bangladesh Bank, Customs, BGMEA, and other regulatory requirements.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle all commercial activities related to import and export operations.

• Prepare, review, and process Export & Import documents (PI, LC, EXP, UD, Bill of Lading, Invoice, Packing List, etc.).

• Coordinate with Banks, C&F Agents, Freight Forwarders, Customs, BGMEA, BTMA, EPB, and Shipping Lines.

• Manage Back-to-Back LC opening, amendment, settlement, and documentation.

• Handle customs bond-related documentation and compliance.

• Follow up shipment schedules and ensure timely execution.

• Process cash incentive documents and maintain related records.

• Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Bank circulars, Customs regulations, and company policies.

• Maintain commercial documentation and prepare reports for management.

• Coordinate with Merchandising, Planning, Production, and Finance departments for smooth shipment execution.

• Perform any other commercial tasks assigned by management.
