Job Description
Manage day-to-day HR operations.
Handle recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation.
Maintain employee attendance, leave, and personnel files.
Assist in payroll preparation and HRIS management.
Support performance management (KPI/KRA/PMS) activities.
Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Labour Act and company policies.
Prepare HR reports, letters, and official notices.
Coordinate employee engagement, training, and disciplinary processes.
Job Requirements
- Having Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resource Management degree is a plus.
- Preferred Industry Type are Recruitment / Staffing.
- At least 1 years of experience is needed.
