Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Need to Attain incoming calls of agencies to solve problems.
Conduct Tele Marketing to boost business with dedicated team.
Provide excellent customer service and give precise information to the customer, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Perform every call Proactively to solve the client's problem.
Report time to time to the team leader for assigned jobs.
Ability to Work Under Pressure, Computer skill, Good communication skills, Multi tasking ability, Problem solving and decision making, Profitability Analysis, Accounts.
Strong fluency with Excel formulas and functions, typing skill in English and Bangle.
Job Context:
Preference will be given to the Experience in remittance service company.
Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Requirements
- Having Bachelor in any discipline degree is a plus.
- Preferred Industry Type are Banking, Financial Services, Insurance.
- At least 1 years of experience is needed.
