• We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and business-driven coordination professional to support cross-functional operations across Sales, Service, Marketing, Product, and Supply Chain Management (SCM) for the Bus & Specialized Vehicle business. The role requires strong coordination capability, commercial understanding, and execution discipline to ensure smooth business operations in a fast-paced, multi-team environment.

Principal Accountability:

• Act as central coordination points between Sales, Service, Marketing and SCM teams.

• Ensure smooth execution of daily business operations across all functions.

• Coordinate sales planning, customer requirements, and delivery schedules.

• Support preparation of proposals, quotations, and customer documentations.

• Coordinate service & after-sales activities including delivery, warranty, customer support.

• Assist marketing team in campaigns, events, and promotional activities.

• Monitor order status, stock availability, and delivery timelines with SCM team.

• Follow up with internal & external stakeholders to ensure timely execution of tasks.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports and business performance updates.

• Maintain effective communication flow between departments and partners.

• Track pending tasks, escalate issues, and ensure timely resolution.

• Support management in planning, execution tracking, and operational follow-ups.
