Manage all import and export commercial activities of the company.

Handle L/C opening, amendment, negotiation, and related banking formalities.

Coordinate with banks, freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs authorities, C&F agents, suppliers, and buyers.

Ensure timely customs clearance of imported goods and export shipments.

Prepare, verify, and maintain all commercial documents, including L/Cs, invoices, packing lists, B/Ls, certificates of origin, GSP, and other shipping documents.

Monitor shipment schedules and ensure on-time execution.

Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Bank regulations, customs laws, and international trade requirements.

Coordinate with merchandising, finance, accounts, and logistics teams to ensure smooth commercial operations.

Identify and mitigate commercial risks while maintaining process efficiency.

Maintain accurate records and prepare commercial reports for management.
